Hello from Northern Illinois

I've been making the rounds the last couple of weeks, posting an event myself and friends shoot in...the MOA Long Range Handgun Match. This is the fourth year for the Match....and we, (our volunteer committee) is helping to boost participation, and do many of the tasks that a successful match requires.

Found this forum via a link from "Varmint Al's" link page....this is a great site, with a lot of activity!

Much appreciated! Hope to learn a lot from the forum here. In addition to the the interest in Specialty Handguns, I grew up shooting Trap and Skeet, a casual interest in Archery (hunting, not target), Smokeless Muzzleloaders, Fishing, etc. I do not confess to being a "short barrel purist", as I own several rifles, most are aimed at varminting and bench shooting.
